Appointments

Dr Gustave Haai patients are serviced on a first come first served basis. But certain exceptions can be made on an appointment basis.

Feel free to call our office to check doctor's availability and the volume of current patients already waiting to be consulted by Dr Gustave Haai. To schedule an appointment during our office hours, please call us at 021 862 5696.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.

Dr Gustave Haai make every effort to keep appointments on schedule. Emergencies do arise, however, and sometimes a delay is unavoidable. When this happens, we do all we can to minimize the inconvenience.

If an emergency occurs and you need to contact doctor during office hours, call us. 

Medical Aid patients

We accept most major medical aids. Please check with your medical aid provider to ensure that you are covered for your treatment (and at what level) and to be sure that we are listed as a provider in your plan. It is important that you bring your insurance card to every appointment.

Changing your medical aid

If you change medical aid companies or change your address, phone number, etc., please contact our office as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes to your file.
